HEALTH

Being the national capital, Delhi has an Infant Mortality Rate of 37 (deaths per 1000 live births). Only 29 % of Delhi mothers receive recommended anti natal care.

Under the community health programme the trust reaches out to the most needy and most vulnerable categories from the marginalized communities - women and children. They are provided with facilities for professional health care that in other cases an elusive facto in their lives.

Our Strategy

  • Curative health services through regular medical check-ups and health camps.
  • Preventive and promotive health care for the people through sensitization, awareness programmers, immunization, study classes, etc.
  • Pre and post natal care for the women.
  • Strengthening the existing health delivery mechanisms in the locations through trainings and capacity building programmes for the traditional health attenders
A MEDICAL CAMP PROGRAMME

The first of our many free medical camps in the year 2009 was conducted in Delhi for the medical aids for the very poor slum and village people. Dr Anilkumar Jain (Physician), Dr. Maneesh Gupta (Pediatrician) and Dr. Anju Jain (Gynecology) were voluntarily participated and they treated the poor with love and loyalty. The camp was beneficed by more than 500 people. All the prescribed medicines were freely distributed among the needy people. The camp was a success, and in the name of God, it was very successful in every aspect.

Doctors check and treat the poor people who attended the camp Necessary medicines are freely distributed
