PROGRAMMES

OASIS Charitable Trust is carrying on a lot of programmes as you have seen from the other pages. All our present programmes are going on well.

Our Present Programmes Are Listed Below.
    • SHG and Micro Finance programme
    • Supplementary Education Programme
    • Vocational Training programme in Sewing and Tailoring for women and girls.
    • Vocational Training programme in Computer Education.
    • Health programme for the very poor people from the slums and villages.
    • Free distribution of medicines and food-stuffs.
    • Free distribution of work materials like sewing machines and computers for the trained girls.
    • Free distribution of clothes and other useful materials.
    • Finding job opportunities for the poor women.
New Plans

    • Trust is planning an old-age home
    • An orphanage
    • A permanent health-care centre for the very poor disabled people.
    • A rehabilitation centre for physically and mentally disabled poor people.

At present, we manage and carry on the programmes very smoothly. For our new projects come true, we need all the financial and other voluntary helps from all who are benevolent and charity-minded to their co-beings.

We visited and surveyed the areas where life situations are very deplorable. Most of the poor women from such areas were coordinated into small Self Help Groups, and they function very well.

Poor children and their parents are seen engaged in picking up scrapes from the garbage mounds to sell them and find a living from it. OASIS chief executive Smt. Jyothyprem visits those areas, and coordinates the poor people to form Self Help Groups.
