OCT's vocational training programme is aimed to enhance the income generating capacities of the adolescent girls and women from the target locations. Over the years the trust has experienced that the lives of women and girls have been governed by the gender and power equations in the society and they are subject to appalling discrimination in all walks of their lives. So the society runs the vocational training programme for their capacity building and empowerment.
